Kendrick knows how to kick off Black History Month. At the 2026 Grammy Awards, Kendrick Lamar broke the record for the most Grammy wins by a rapper ever. He came into the Grammys with the most nominations-NINE- and left with the most wins-FIVE- including record of the year for “Luther.” He now has 26 Grammy Awards, surpassing the previous record set by Jay‑Z, who held the record with 25 Grammys. Congratulations!
