J-Fresh is a Multi-Media Personality, Journalist, Music Journalist and Influencer. He was born and raised in the County of Dade! Surrounded by the vibrant culture, sounds of the streets and the competitive football culture that South Florida brings. A graduate of Miami Killian Senior Highschool his football talents afforded him the opportunity to play Collegiate football at the illustrious HBCU South Carolina State University where he flourished and he was able to take his talents from college radio waves to major stages, J-Fresh's journey is rooted in hustle. He got his start interning in Atlanta at 790 The Zone with The “2 Live Stews” and co-hosting a college sports radio show before landing on-air at HOT 103.9/93.9FM in Columbia, SC post-graduation. While becoming a force on air he pursed higher education obtaining a master's in business administration from Webster University and is currently attending the Frost school of music at the University of Miami where his concentration is a Master of Arts in Music Industry.
Over the years, he has had the opportunity to work on a number of incredible projects that have allowed him to grow and establish himself within this competitive industry. Currently his resume is stacked with covering events like Rolling Loud, Dreamville Fest, BET Awards, BET Hip-Hop Awards, One Music Fest, Revolt Music Conference and more. J-Fresh has interviewed Florida Legends like Uncle Luke, Trick Daddy and Trina, as well as icons like MC Lyte and Fat Joe, to a newer generation of artist like Kodak Black, Da baby, Latto and more. He has hosted concerts for the biggest names in the game like Bossman D Low, Rod Wave, Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Baby, and more. He's been known to be an advocate for local and upcoming artist with "Fresh Freestyle Friday" segment where Artist come on to spit their best HOT 16 and preview new music.
More than just a master of ceremony, J-Fresh is a fashion-forward tastemaker. His signature style has been spotlighted by Nike SNKRS App, Essence, and Ebony Magazine.
And on social? Content creation is a newly discovered passion... He’s your plug for the latest hits, kicks, and fits with "The Fressh Release".
When he is not on air you can catch him with Family, at any Miami Sporting event, the Movies, Eating at a gang of spots around South Florida, and most importantly serving the South Florida community with "Fresh from the Streets" where he can be found working with organizations such as 5000 Role Models, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Prince Hall Affiliated Masons, as well as Local churches and businesses.
