"To whom much is given, much is required," is his motto whether you know him as James Thomas, Jimmy Thomas or as the on-air personality, "James T." James began his radio career in 1969 at Palm Beach Junior College. In 1982, he began his reign as the longtime morning show host and program director on WEDR 99 Jamz. Nationally, James has been recognized as one of the country's top program/music directors, by such prestigious publications and organizations as Billboard Magazine, Impact, Urban Network, Black Radio Exclusive, Jack The Rapper, Southeast Music, Inc. and the National Black Programmers Coalition. James T. always answers the call to share his skills and knowledge with up and coming talent and plans to continue that legacy with FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE with James T. and Friends on HOT 105.

With 20-plus years of experience in the radio industry, Tamara G., can be heard on FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE with James T. and Friends each and every week on WHQT HOT 105. Tamara is a graduate of The University of Texas @ Austin and has worked in Dallas, Tallahassee, Port St. Lucie and Miami-Fort Lauderdale. Tamara is actively involved in the South Florida community, working with The Embrace Girls Foundation; The Power to End Stroke; and as a member of The North Broward County Chapter of The Links, Incorporated.
CRAIG LOCKE
Craig Locke "The Super Jock" returns to Cox Media Group WHQT HOT 105 as part of FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE with James T and Friends. He previously worked for more than 10 years
at Cox Media Group WEDR 99 JAMZ. With nearly 30 years of broadcasting experience in radio and television, Craig has worked in multiple formats in Miami, Atlanta, St. Louis, San Francisco,
Atlantic City, Valdosta, Guam and The Philippines. His motto to live by: "Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind." (Romans 12:2)
JT3
James Thomas III or "JT3" as he's known on The South Florida airways, has been playing guitar for more than 5 years. He's always been passionate about music and it all started with his dad, James T. A graduate of Palm Beach Central High School, JT3 continued his studies and is now a worship leader. He's very involved in the Youth Ministry at Lifechurch.tv in Wellington, FL. JT3 is an on-air contributor and co-producer for FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE with James T. and Friends.
JILL TRACEY
Jill Tracey has been a member of the WHQT HOT 105 family for more than a decade and has the distinction of being one of South Florida's most popular personalities. A Detroit native, Jill's career began as a South Beach gossip columnist that led to a career in radio at South Florida landmark stations, WMBM, WEDR (99 Jamz) and WHQT HOT105 FM and TV on the CBS show, The Scene. When it comes to what's HOT, Jill Tracey's got the 411! Jill became a recognized personality both locally and internationally with her appearance as a cast member on the Emmy-award winning NBC daytime reality show Starting Over and her relationship with mentor and noted author Iyanla Vanzant. Love, Life and the 411 is part of The James T Show middays on HOT 105 and now with James T. and Friends on FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE.
