The hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. In order to receive the lowest rate for the workshop, registration must be postmarked by midnight 09/30/12. Kathleen is a signature member of Northwest Watercolor Society as well as Watercolor West. Although Kathleen doesn't live in the tropics, she visits there often to get her inspiration. She has received many prestigious awards, including Watercolor West, Louisiana Watercolor Society and Northwest Watercolor Society. In October 2010 Ms. Alexander, along with several other renowned watercolorists formed a new group: The North American Watercolor Artists. This was done in order to represent the United States in international watercolor exhibitions. They have exhibited together in the IX International Watercolor Biennial in Mexico, held at the National Watercolor Museum in Mexico City Dec. 2010 - Feb. 2011.
