Throughout March, the Miami City Ballet Company and School will be showcasing a series of Miami events which include great performances at the Carnival Center of the Performing Arts.

Inspired by the styles of the 1940s, the Miami City Ballet performs “The Fox-Trot: Dancing in the Dark.” The piece expresses the feelings of nostalgia and elegance of the time set in the World War II era.
Program IV will take place on March 28th and 30th. It will showcase Balanchine’s interpretations of a square dance of the Wild West and ballet. The theme includes Italian-inspired costumes and a ballet choreographed by Christopher Wheeldon.
