On Saturday, September 28th, some of the nation’s most respected musicians are joining together to rock out and honor a man who dedicated his life to helping families affected by autism. Join us by supporting Age of Autism, Generation Rescue, Surfers Healing, and Thera Surf's concert event of the year— featuring Foo Fighters’ Taylor Hawkins and his epic band Chevy Metal with many special guests. Held at the world-famous Malibu Inn in Malibu, California, this once-in-a-lifetime benefit concert event will honor the memory and amazing legacy of surfer Terry "Tubesteak" Tracey, who was the original inspiration for the Gidget movie craze and whose dedication to children with autism was as big as the waves he surfed.
The family portion of the event will begin at 6:30pm as autism families jam to local surfers performing and entertaining after a day of therapeutic surfing with THERA Surf and Izzy Paskowitz's Surfer's Healing.

A startling 1 in every 88 children in the United States are diagnosed with autism and 1 in 20 households is affected. This means more people know someone with a connection to autism then don’t. Our goal is to unite the autism and music community on one special night.
