We are coming together as a team and committing to eat better and moving our bodies more! This will be a 4 week challenge. It will include 4 consecutive Mondays at 7pm, and 4 consecutive Saturdays at 7:30am starting on Monday July 29 at 7pm. The class is $25 dollars per person or 2 people for $40 dollars and will include the following: We will be using the before and after Tanita Scale printouts to scientifically measure your BMI, percentage of body fat, Fat Free Mass and Body Fat Mass.4 Monday evening meetings from 7 to about 8pm and Saturday Morning at 7:30amWe will do 12 minutes of Max T3 (Burst Training). Beginer to Advanced levels.Have a healthy after workout snackA small teaching on Nutrition and ExerciseDiet Diary Review20% off all products.
