Join Edge, Steak & Bar Executive Chef Aaron Brooks and his culinary team for an interactive “Tailgaiting Cookout” cooking class on September 21st from 4-6 pm. Enjoy a welcome cocktail and wine and beer during class while the Chefs walk you through how to prepare the best tailgating cookout. The class will be held in a pop-up location within the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, and stay secret until the day of. Creating an intimate hands-on setting for Chef Brooks, the class has a maximum of 12 participants.
The cooking class is $75 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Cost includes a welcome cocktail, unlimited wine and beer, a take-home gift bag, and, of course, plenty of food. Class is open to hotel guests and non-guests alike.
A portion of proceeds from September's interactive cooking class with Chef Aaron Brooks will go towards the 6th annual Share Our Strength’s Dine Out For No Kid Hungry which strives to end childhood hunger in America. Dine Out For No Kid Hungry is a national movement to help connect at-risk children in communities all across the country to nutritious food where they live, learn and play.
