Join Edge, Steak & Bar Executive Chef Aaron Brooks and his culinary team for an interactive “Thanksgiving Specialities” themed cooking class on November 23 from 4 - 6 pm. Enjoy a welcome cocktail and wine and beer during class while the Chefs walk you through how to prepare traditional (and non-traditional) Thanksgiving menu items that will wow your Thanksgiving dinner guests. The class will be held in a pop-up location within the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, and stay secret until the day of. Creating an intimate hands-on setting for Chef Brooks, the class has a maximum of 12 participants.The cooking class is $75 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Cost includes a welcome cocktail, unlimited wine and beer, a take-home gift bag, and, of course, plenty of food. Class is open to hotel guests and non-guests alike.
