Blues Guitarist Rob "Wild Boar" Moore has been playing gigs since 1970. Working on the Chicago blues scene, Rob met and performed with many of the greatest artists in blues history. In addition to leading his own bands, Rob worked extensively with Wild Child Butler (1975-1982) and Little Bobby and Spice (1978-1985). He also toured with John Lee Hooker in 1979. After attaining two degrees in education by the mid 80's, Rob relocated to Miami in 1986. For some eleven years he led a band that featured South Florida legendary vocalist Clifford Hawkins. The band performed on a circuit from Daytona Beach to Key West. In 1997 they released their lone C.D., "Eye of the Storm" produced by Rob and Randy Rush. Comprised primarily of Rob's original material, the album received extensive airplay on radio stations throughout Florida. Several years ago Rob started working in a duo context with various bassists including New Orleans transplant Tim Adde.
