Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship, this workshop has been designed to provide core concepts of Lean Six Sigma with a focus on Lean practices and quality improvement tools. Participants will be introduced to the DMAIC methodology: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control, and receive training in problem solving methods as well as tools used to enhance their fundamental quality skills and application of common sense.
