Winn-Dixie will host the always-entertaining Top Chef Season 5 ‘Fan Favorite’ Chef Fabio Viviani at its Hallandale location for a cooking demo and meet and greet on Thursday, Feb. 21. Chef Viviani, brand ambassador for Bertolli Olive Oil, will inspire attendees to discover where flavor comes from as he samples the diverse line of premium olive oils and demonstrates how to prepare the perfect Italian meatball. The event is free and open to the public.
