Fifth Third Bank’s Financial Empowerment Mobile, also called the "eBus," is a vehicle that has been electronically retrofitted to serve as a mobile classroom with all the tools needed to help South Florida residents become financially successful. Visitors to the bus receive one-on-one credit counseling, money management and budget advice, and homeownership educational opportunities, provided in English and Spanish. Some locations will offer seminars conducted on board by a specialist who will provide information needed to navigate through the home buying process. In addition, Fifth Third Bank has partnered with local organizations to make Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) available, which provides free tax preparation to qualifying residents. For more information about the eBus, please contact Jadira Hoptry at 239-449-7083. Saturday, Feb. 9 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Hispanic Unity of Broward County 5811 Johnson St. Hollywood, Fla. 33021
