Other succulent options include Duo of Duck, roasted swiss char, black trumpet mushrooms & lomo Ibérico de Bellota for the ladies, and Maine Lobster Risotto, carnaroli rice, root vegetable, brunoise tarragon emulsion for the gentleman.
