Organization Florida Youth Orchestra Primary Category Concerts & Performances Extras Florida Youth Orchestra (FYO) performs a free "Silver Anniversary" concert. At this much-anticipated annual event at Aventura Mall, FYO's Principal Orchestra will perform a varied and exciting program of beloved classical and pops selections featuring South Florida's most gifted young musicians, ages 10-18. After the concert, children are invited to visit the "Instrument Play Pen," where they can hold and play a variety of orchestral instruments. Now in its 25th season, Florida Youth Orchestra provides excellence in music training for 375 children, ages 5-18, and enriches the region with its highly praised performances.
