Infinite Mirror: Images of American Identity featuring 63 multimedia works, including paintings, works on paper, photographs, and video by culturally diverse artists from across the U.S. The exhibition includes the work of first generation Americans and emerging new immigrant artists that surveys issues and themes of race, gender, religion, history, politics, and family.
Stephen Knapp: New Light has been creating art for over 30 years that interacts with and is transformed by light. Combining art and science, Knapp creates innovative and engaging works that are formed at the intersection of painting, sculpture, and architecture. Dispensing with traditional media and narrative content, Knapp's "lightpaintings," a word he coined to describe his light-based installations, are both innovated and invigorating, transposing artistic tradition into the hyper-stimulated world of the 21st century.
