The American Institute of Wine & Food (AIWF) and Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale present the 9th Annual Culinary School BBQ Battle on Sunday, January 27, 2013 from 5-8pm in Esplanade Park (400 SW 2nd Street, 33312). South Florida's top culinary schools will tantalize your BBQ palate as they compete for the coveted Cow Trophy. Local chefs and restaurants will offer some of their best dishes, complemented with perfect selections of wine, beer and beverages. Music provided by David Moran's Jazz Trio.
