at Avenue D Friday, 18 January 2013 Sales Stop at 09:30PM PST 01/18/13 talent Fernando Diez & Jazz Ensamble   info Cuban born Saxophonist Fernando Diez is currently a member of International artists KC & THE SUNSHINE BAND and Gloria Estefan’s Legendary Miami Sound Machine. He’s toured with The late great Queen of Salsa Celia Cruz and was a member of Willy Chirino’s Band. Fernando is also the Grandson of the legendary Cuban singer Barbarito Diez. His work with The Latin Jazz Crew included composing, arranging and fronting the band with leader and Bassist Eddy “Guagua” Rivera  of Fania All Stars fame. Together they performed in Jazz Festivals such as Heineken, JVC, Barranquijazz, Toros y Salsa and Curacao Jazz Festival. Some of the artists that Fernando has also performed and shared the stage with are Carlos Santana, Hilton Ruiz, John Legend, Patti Labelle, Arturo Sandoval, Clark Terry, Carole King, Luis Enrique, Tito Puente and Bette Midler.   show starts at  08:00PM
