Miami-based group Elastic Bond blends their Latin heritage with Soul andelectronic music rooted in crafty songs and good vibes.Venezuelan producer Andres Ponce andHonduran singer-songwriter Sofy Encanto formedthe band in 2006 and later joined forces with Guitarist Buffalo Brown and Trumpet player David Burgos to expand its unique sound. After their 2006 debut with the "Madrugada" album, they have made their way through stereosand stages with two more indie-hatched releases “Excursion” in 2008 and “Frecuencia Natural”in 2010. Their retro cool single "Pierdo El Control," from their latest release was featured in the 2011Latin Alternative Music Conference in New York and its music video on MTV3’s “La Hora Nacional” in2012. Elastic Bond has been rocking crowds in venues & festivals across the US and creating buzz in Latin America and Europe. Currently the band is adding the final touches to their new album “Real”.
