Organization youngARTS Primary Category Films Extras The National YoungArts Foundation and actor, filmmaker, and YoungArts alumnus Adrian Grenier will present a free screening of his documentary film, Teenage Paparazzo (2010) at the new YoungArts' national headquarters in Miami. The true story of the relationship between a 14 year-old paparazzo (Austin Visschedyk) and Grenier, the film uses interviews with various people who understand both the perks and consequences of media exposure. Grenier offers an intimate look at paparazzi and the celebrity culture they serve and the way it influences this particular teenager and his family. The screening (at 7 p.m.) will be followed by a panel discussion at 8:30 p.m.) and Q&A with Grenier, as well as an interactive art installation in the YoungArts Gallery which examines the topics explored in the documentary such as narcissism and celebrity obsession - Reception at 9 p.m. Art Installation will be on view December 5 through December 9, 2012.
