Leon Russell has been a major force in music for five decades with a resume that includes half a dozen gold albums, session player for Phil Spector’s Wall Of Sound and other artists like The Byrds, Herb Alpert, Barbra Streisand and Frank Sinatra. Russell also wrote songs that became chart toppers for Joe Cocker (“Delta Lady”), The Carpenters (“Superstar”), George Benson ("This Masquerade") and he is well known for his own string of hits including "Tight Rope," "Back To The Island" and "Lady Blue." A Rock N Roll Hall of Fame Inductee, Leon and Elton also enjoyed recent success with their recent CD “The Union” featuring the single "If It Wasn't For Bad."
