Advanced Beginning Strokes at the Sunrise Middle School pool. This program is for those swimmers who are proficient in all four Olympic strokes. This level will focus on fine tuning stroke technique and building endurance. Swimmers in this level improve strength, gain self-confidence, and have the opportunity to experience competition and most importantly have fun. Swimmers will have the opportunity to compete in local swim meets.\nAges: 6 yrs. & up, or by ability\nTime: 45 minute practice 2 times per week and one hour practice on Saturdays\nFee: $80 per month and $60 annual USA Swimming registration\nGoal: To have fun and enjoy the entry into competitive swimming
