CAROL’S CHRISTMAS CAROL written and directed by Anne Chamberlain and Mark Della Ventura of The Alliance Theatre Lab December 15th through December 23rd Carol Ginsberg is putting up a Christmas Show!!!....All by herself. Eeep! Well that’s not entirely true, she will need help from some of her family and friends if she wants to make this year’s Holiday Show at the Wilson Community Center a success. Join us in a celebration of the most wonderful time of the year as we explore the traditions of the season and favorite holiday memories.. Audition Date: Wednesday, October 24th, 6-10PM Cast Breakdown Carol-30s-Leader. Slightly overbearing. Blunt. Wants things a very certain way. Doesn’t do well with improvising. Genuinely wants the show to be amazing and full of Christmas spirit. Older sister to Donna. Occupation: Kindergarten teacher. Harold-30s-Sweet, supportive boyfriend of Carol. Knows how to calm the beast. His Mother is Jewish. Occupation: Dentist. Donna-20s/30s-Carol’s younger sister. The nice one. Cheery disposition. At first, is very nervous, but becomes more comfortable throughout the show. Easy going. Can deal with Carol, up to a certain point. Occupation: Wedding Planner. Jack-21-Slight ADD. Not all there, but sweet. Occupation: College student. Audition Requirements The audition will consist of reading sides from the show as well as approximately 16 bars from a Holiday song.
