Jeffrey Lewis was born on the Lower East Side in 1975. Between world tours & shows opening for the likes of Steven Malkmus, The Fall, Roky Erickson & others, Jeffrey continues to haunt the streets of NYC with his odd comic books and musical mix of contemplative folk narratives and head-smashing garage rock. He has five albums on Rough Trade Records and recently produced a batch of illustrated historical songs for the History Channel (with Ernie Brooks of Modern Lovers/Gods & Monsters on bass).
